Every year there's a group of online elves

who get together to help Santa answer the many,

many emails he gets from children all around the world.

Since the advent of the Internet and everyone having

personal computers, he's been overwhelmed with so many

digital requests from children far and wide.

To receive an email from one of Santa's Elves Online,

the rules and regulations are simple...

Don't follow them and you won't get a personalized

letter from one of the elves!

1. Email will be sent back to the email address the

request came from - no exceptions!

2. Include information in the request that will allow

the elf to personalize the letter, such as the child's first name,

personal achievements they've made, other siblings, etc.

3. Let us know what the child will receive as well

as things they won't, so that Santa won't be disappointing

them on Christmas morning!

4. If there are things that Santa or the elves need to remind

the child of, let us know those things too!

5. Within 5 days, an email from one of

Santa's Elves Online will be received (oh, and by

the way, the elves don't charge for their services either).

Remember if you have SPAM controls on the

email address, the email might not be delivered as well

(or look inside your SPAM folder).

Got it?  Here's an example of a request:

Tommy (age 6) would like a letter from Santa's Elves.

He's learned a lot in school this year and won a gold star

from his teacher for good behavior.  Please have Santa

remind him that he needs to be kinder to his younger

brother, Jimmy - and to help Mommy clean up their room.

Tommy wants a Radio Flyer wagon, PowerRanger

and books.  He won't be getting a puppy as it's not

nice to give live animals at busy holiday seasons.
